Shipping is provided by Fedex and packages are insured for their full value. Adult signature is required for the protection of your purchase. Tracking information is sent via email for your convenience.
Items may be returned within 5 days of receiving the item. Merchandise must be in ORIGINAL and UNWORN condition and accompanied by the original tag affixed and gift box with all warranty cards intact. If the tag affixed is removed, the item will become unexchangeable.
Closeouts, special orders, altered pieces (including ring sizing) and custom pieces are not returnable or exchangeable. Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash and may be used for purchases only. Refunds will be given in the form of store credit or exchange.
Flores Jewelry cannot be responsible for the loss of the center stone, or any primary stone from any item we sell or repair. We highly recommend that you obtain an insurance policy on any fine jewelry items values over $500. Please consult your insurance agent for more information about how to insure your important pieces of jewelry against loss, accidental damage, or any other mishap.
All special orders require 50% deposit and are non-cancellable. Special orders are not refundable or exchangeable. A special order includes any jewelry or gemstone that must be ordered to accommodate the client's request for an item we do not currently have in stock.
If your purchase includes a gemstone, please note many gemstones have historically and traditionally been enhanced to improve color, clarity, and/or stability. Unless noted otherwise, we must assume that all gems have been subjected to the usual and customary industry treatments.
We are happy to clean your jewelry free of charge and recommend you do this twice a year at our store. Please know that we check your jewelry as best we can, but there are inherent qualities in jewelry that cannot be detected by visual inspection, such as chlorine damage, poor casting, etc. Therefore, our inspections do not come with any guarantee. Not responsible for the loss of stones due to work prongs or setting during cleanings.
White gold is gold which has been alloyed with other white metals such as nickel to whiten the traditionally gold appearance. White gold is plated with Rhodium in order to keep its white appearance. This plating eventually wears away over time causing the golds natural yellow color to appear.
Chlorine and similar chemicals have adverse effects on all jewelry. Specifically, these chemicals can lead to corrosion or the metal becoming brittle. Chlorine and similar chemicals can also lead to changes n the finish of your jewelry.
